A short update after going to D.C.:

After english extra help (I had to share some project research with my teacher), I remembered an interesting fact: In chinese painting, references aren't used most of the time. The artist remembers the scene and then after getting a full painting in their head, put it to paper.

Also, in D.C. look what my group stumbled upon in the Smithsonian American History Museum!
 I also liked this picture, since it showed many different drawing styles for the same person:
And I liked how the lines looked in this one:

I took some pictures of the monuments (like any other tourist would) but, being at D.C. for a second time, I still feel as though pictures have a harder time conveying how huge these sculptures and buildings are.
